Dead sea mud mask: skin care miracle or hyped up slime?

Ahhh... the dead sea mud mask. Such a strange and peculiar name for a beauty product. Regardless, there are many people who swear this is the next best thing, as far as beauty masks go.

In case you haven't heard about it or you're not so familiar with the dead sea mud mask, this article might be of use. Feel free to post your comments if you have any doubts.

Let's begin with the facts: simply put, the dead sea mud mask (sometimes spelled "dead sea mud masque") is a facial beauty mask that's based on ... that's right, mud from the dead sea. So you might be thinking: what's so special about that mud, anyway?

I'm glad you ask. This is indeed a unique mud with high amounts of mineral salts, which is unlike any other mud in the planet. As you might know, the dead sea (which is actually a lake, but that's another story) is also known as the salty sea.

There is such a high percentage of salt in those waters, that people say it's impossible drowning over there. I'm not sure about that; but what do I know is those muds have unique properties, and the dead sea mud masque is a superior exfoliator and skin rejuvenator.

In other words... this is indeed an amazing beauty treatment. For several centuries, kings and emperors have used mud from the dead sea to clear their royals skins. And now, there is a commercial product based on this active ingredient. This product combines the best of nature and science, and its effects are superior to anything else in the market.

If you're curious about this treatment and you would like to know more information, here's a good article I've written about the dead sea mud masque. Enjoy reading it, and let me know if you have any questions.
